In order to encourage advanced and typical publicity, and encourage youth league organizations at all levels and members of the city to learn from the advanced and keep up with the excellent, recently, the Qingdao Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League commended the municipal May Fourth typical in 2022, and 130 people, such as Niu Yuling, Minister of International Trade of Hailir Pharmaceutical Group, were rated as ' Qingdao Youth Volunteer Service Advanced Individuals '.

       The May Fourth Movement in Qingdao is a typical case, which is selected and commended once a year. The young volunteers who are commended are excellent examples that have emerged in volunteer service in recent years. Their sincere dedication and hard work show the ideals and beliefs, love and goodwill, and responsibility of Chinese youth in the new era with practical actions. They are examples for the majority of members and young people to learn.  
       Niu Yuling is the pioneer of Hailer 's international trade work. She is also a warm-hearted and helpful volunteer. She often reaches out to help others when they need help. 

       In 2011, Hailir set up a wave volunteer group. Niu Yuling signed up for the first batch of volunteers. She actively participated in volunteer service activities organized by the company, and participated in volunteer activities in children 's welfare homes, rehabilitation centers for autistic children, and nursing homes. In her personal holidays, she has repeatedly walked into the nursing home, at her own expense with condolences, to carry out warm activities. She also launched her family to do public welfare together. On weekends, she and her lover often took her son to some scenic spots to pick up garbage, and set up the concept of loving the environment for her son.  
       During nearly 20 years of working in Hailer, she was deeply inspired by Hailer 's core corporate values of ' gratitude and return ', reminding herself to be grateful for the times, return to society, and transform her love into practical action. In 2014, under the contact of the Youth League Committee, the Women 's Federation and other departments, he took his 7-year-old son to the poor mountainous area of Yiyuan, formed a learning pair with the local Hou Zhenyu children, and provided long-term financial support. In 2018, during her business trip, she accidentally learned that the two distant sisters and brothers of Ninglang Yi Autonomous County, Yunnan, were from poor families but with small ambitions and special efforts in learning. She was deeply touched and determined to help the young sisters and brothers and fund their learning so far. Since 2020, under the coordination of the company 's corporate culture office, she has contacted her loving friends and has repeatedly visited five families on the Laixi Courtyard to implement twinning assistance and continued to fund difficulties.
